Gluten foods contain gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley and rye. Many people have found relief for their health problems following a gluten free diet even though they have tested negative for celiac disease. If you or someone you know have been eating a gluten free diet, you already realize how it can be time consuming reading all those labels, expensive and extremely difficult to sustain. To make this problem even more complicated to resolve, gluten symptoms are not always a reliable indicator of a true gluten allergy.
