Headaches & Migraines

Headaches everyday can make daily life intolerable. Some people’s headache and migraine triggers include foods such as aged cheese, red wine and chocolate. Other migraine triggers may be excessive consumption of coffee and sugar, dehydration, digestion deficiencies, and allergy-like food reactions. For other people, migraine symptoms can result from fluctuations in blood sugar, mineral imbalances, and food sensitivities.
